Glutes and Abs

This class will focus on building strength and the critical mind muscle connection with your glutes and abs. Everyone wants bigger glutes and stronger abs! Insanity 

One of our most popular classes. Is this class challenging?  YES!  However we have every age and level of fitness participating in this class. So no matter where you are at you will succeed at your desire to conquer and surpass your existing level.

  •  Insanity will give you mind-blowing results. The motivation offered in this class is out of this world! It’s a class based off of interval training with longer bursts of maximum intensity exercises and shorter periods of rest. Alternating between aerobic and anaerobic intervals, the classes include plyo-metrics, strength, power, agility, natural body resistance, ab and core training moves. No matter where you are at in your fitness regimen you have the ability to burn up to 1000 calories with this class! The classes change often offering different moves. Class time runs 30-40 minutes. There’s something to be said about this style of training, We work with a range of people, from people with disabilities, to overweight individuals who have never been off the couch before, to some of the best athletes in the area. Seeing them all working together and pushing themselves adds to not only getting the physical and cardiovascular results you seek, but emotional motivation and well being. The results participants have achieved from even adding one class a week to their lifestyle has changed a lot of peoples lives.

Fitness Bogo

This class is a total body circuit style class designed to challenge you by using both body weight and weights in both cardio and strength exercises.

  • This class is great for participants of all fitness levels and can be modified to your personal needs as necessary. Class time runs 30 minutes. Great start to your work day!!!

PiYo

PiYo a strength based program, done barefoot on a mat, similar to Yoga or Pilates. It incorporates strength, stretching and cardio for a total body workout, that uses your body to sculpt your body. It is a fun way to get you stretching and sneak in cardio, all done to fun music.

  •    Great mixture of Yoga and Pilates all done to fun up beat music. Class time runs 45 minutes. 

Core Crunch 

Class time runs under 30 minutes.

  • A class focused on strengthening and sculpting your entire midsection.  We will hit the abdominal muscles, glutes, obliques, and low back.  Come on in to get the 6-pack you’ve always wanted, and to help improve posture and stability.  All fitness levels welcome!

Combat Conditioning Class 

Participants cannot get enough of this class. No crazy moves that will take you weeks to figure out. Very basic, but of course a great workout for any level. Modified moves will help assist for the beginner. And again because of the basic concept you will see yourself improve every week.

  • Combat Classes are directed to help any level succeed in the many areas of martial arts. Its a great, fun way to help build anybody’s endurance and strength while boosting fat burn. Never a training move duplicated in this class. The format of this class is based off of my most successful martial arts exercises, including upper body, lower body, full body plyo-metrics, core and agility. It does not matter what level of fitness you are at, you will always obtain amazing results with this class. Class time runs 30 minutes.

Stability 

Stability ball class is another class that is for any level. It is a fun, light spirited class. Depending on your level of balance and coordination will determine how challenging it is. Regardless, this class is to remain fun. So be ready to laugh and relax. Class time runs 30 minutes.

 

Running Club

This is free and open to anybody. Bring your friends, family, whoever. It is for any level of running. Great way to meet new running partners or just learn some technique that will help make you the runner you want to be.

Biggest Loser 

Nervous about going to a gym and working out in front of others? This class provides the environment your seeking. Great way to be pushed when your ready for it and have fun while doing it.
