Training Packages

These training packages consist of services that train both your body and your mind.  Life Coaching services and Personal Training services are great ways to get exactly what you need.  Gaining a healthy lifestyle starts from the inside and works its way outward, which is why we offer such a wide array of services that tailor to everyone’s needs.  All packages can be used by themselves or combined to create a unique package that suites your individual needs!

 

TRAINING PACKAGES

LIFE COACH PROGRAM

LIFE LINE PROGRAM

Don’t need the full services of a life coach, but still could use some of the benefits of a life coach? This program allows you to have consistent or flexible one on one personal coaching times.  ***See program tab for detailed description.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Hiring a personal trainer is hiring that special person to help guide you, teach you, and inspire you. Personal training services at Inferno include education, nutrition, and supplementation. ***See program tab for detailed description.

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CAMP

This is a 4 week Strength and Conditioning Camp for schools and athletic teams that can be tailored to fit your needs!  This program will meet three times per week to ensure maximum growth in the areas of sport conditioning, overall physical strength, and a large emphasis on form and technique.  These sessions can be single sport specific, a strong general athletic emphasis, or to promote an overall health and wellness emphasis.  This program will be run off sight at your location making it more convenient for your athletes!  ***See program tab for detailed description.

SPORT CAMP PROGRAM

This program is for youth athletes, high school age and younger. Through this program there will be individual goals set to improve the athlete’s sport performance. Athletes will meet with their trainer two times per week for one on one instruction for four weeks. ***See program tab for detailed description.
