Bach-ette Program

Annual Spring Training and Nutrition Boot Camps
These very detailed Boot Camps run a total of 6 weeks and are held only once a year. They are a great way to get you in shape for the spring and summer!
Registration will run from April 11th to 22nd.
Weigh ins and nutrition seminar will be held the week of April 25th-29th.
The Boot Camps will be from May 2nd-May 27th!
